Pay Day Loan, Resign-To-Run Revamps Pass Flor > By Jim Saunders

With little conversation, the Florida home late Wednesday passed measures to revamp laws for the payday-loan industry and also to expand the state’s resign-to-run election legislation, giving the problems to Gov. Rick Scott.
